The workshop is intended to elaborate more specific issues related to most current corrosion controls technology and best practices that are already implemented worldwide. Topics will be presented by those experts and practitioners in the fields.

Certification

In this session, INDOCOATING & CORROSION SUMMIT 2008 Committee will present a NACE International Corrosion Technician Certification program through an exam only option. This certification is geared towards personnel with little experiences but who possess some basic knowledge of corrosion and corrosion control, are capable of performing routine, but well defined work under the close direction of Specialist or Senior Technologist personnel. Requirement for exam only option, the applicant should possess at least two years verifiable work experience.
Any applicant, who is interested to take this certification program, must submit his/her work experience prior to taking the examination on 4 July 2008 at the latest to Conference Secretariat. Successful applicant who passes the examination will receive a three-year Corrosion Technician certification issued by NACE International Headquarters.
